The Museum currently provides:
programs designed for the local schools, adult civic groups and specialty clubs
a monthly writers’ group
an oral history program
a Learning Center for children
a Museum Store with unique gifts for all, including the out-of-state visitor
a place to bring your out-of-town visitors or club
a beautiful building and grounds as a place to take photos, socialize, host a party, hold a meeting or even a wedding
tours of the Museum and the model railroad displays (at the old Cedars facility)
internships for local college students
brochures providing information on several local historical events and people
advice on how to preserve photographs and other possessions
photograph reproductions from our archives; archival research and information
